I recall inventing the 6 IPC tank not too long ago, along with the 1-2-2-4 “Motorized Infantry” (Trucks for when I get my new FMG pieces. :-D Half-Tracks will be IL’s 2-2-2 Mech inf, only at 5 IPCs). Larry has it called “Mechanized Infantry” with Half-Tracks…merely a corrupt mingling of two great ideas…sulking.

What tanks cost 6 now? I got used to it being 3/3/5 from 3/2/5 and now it cost 6? Is it still 3/3?

Cost was raised to encourage players to buy more diverse land forces.
Personally I found that the best way to encourage player to buy mixed land forces is to create a new unit thats 2-2-2-4 and can carry either an infantry or artillery but can’t blitz. I called this unit a “Mechanized Division”. All other units were kept at the same price. With this configuration land purchases became more interesting and almost always included 3-4 land unit types for germany (and also for russia and japan).

language! Anyway just look at the map. there is one japanese territory worth one IPC completely surrounded. I think its siam. its hard to read it.

Yep, it’s definitely Siam and it is surrounded but it has a sea zone for an escape.
