I accidentally loaded in 2.7 and was about to do combat so I reloaded in 2.6 but had to edit in the original failed research result. So that is why there are edits and you should have additional dice rolls for technology.
Errors happen. I fully understand. I did a similar error on Russia one. If you got zero hits in the original roll, maybe you should have reloaded and saved 15. I dont know the details here… but it seems like you have rolled twice and chosen the best result. i appreciate the honesty and it is greatly appreciated.
