Its better for me I think to see the full turn (other combats and the buy) before deciding on any of this. And in about 45 min to an 1 hour I will be in a position to respond fairly quickly once things start.

@Arthur-Bomber-Harris Do you recall what happened in the Philippines? There is a weird explanation in the summary as no dice appear to be rolled. I defended only with bases but lost the anzac units that were there. The summary is missing the dice and seems to suggest they weren’t necessary. And because the dice are slow in coming I can’t confirm from the dice roller.
