    But since we have a clear example - am I able to scramble 1 to each? I know the scrambling rules are 1 per carrier, but is that based on the attacking territory or the defending? As in, is the rule 1 per carrier based on the attack to sumatra, and 1 per carrier to the attack to the sea zone, or is it the carrier itself is only allowed to scramble 1 plane in total, regardless of how many zones around it are under attack?

    @mainah The rule is based on from, not to. So you cant’ double dip from a single carrier, but you could double dip by having carriers in multiple adjacent sea zones… basically just like scrambling from an airbase, where you could have 6 planes scramble to a SZ if you had two airbases in adjacent territories etc.
