@witt Well, you are the least bit concerned by it, Leo. :grin:
LIke I said, no rush, I likely wont be able to do my go before Monday or Tuesday.

Just a fun question for the group as I know we got an international crew here, how many of you celebrate Halloween?
LOL, it’s a big holiday today in the US. Just wondering if US cultural power has wedged Halloween into other cultures
-
@karl7 I’m in IN but I don’t do Halloween. I’m old and that’s something for kids and young people.

You are in Indiana? LOL, why did I think you were in Australia?
-
@karl7 I don’t know how you came up with that…mate. lol
-
@karl7 germany celebrates Halloween more and more within the last two decades I would say. Mostly the trick and treat part for the youngest.
American influence can be felt most certainly.
-
@karl7 i just read up on it… it started in Germany in 1991…aaand first iraqi war was the reason! :-O
Carnival in februar was cancelled due to the war, but all costumes and whatnot were already produced, so some clever business guys said: “let us push halloween in october to salvage the situation and limit our losses”… and it stuck with us ever since.
Funny

i do a lot of decorating (inside and out) and hand out candy.

@Entek Al and I just took out our 7 year old and his cousin , also 7. Our daughter went out with 3 friends . Bloody poured down with rain again!
Back now, Having a glass of Red and some crisps. We go back to where we used to live (moved 16 months ago). There is more of a community feel to our old neighbourhood.
I dressed as a Viking again. Love my axes!
My son was a Knight. My niece was No Face.
My 13 year old wore a white Galadriel dress , but was an Egyptian goddess. -
@elrood I don’t know if you saw it but Wayne has posted China.
-
@captainwalker yes I am aware but was travelling before… currently stuck in an argument with Germans how to split America and the rest of the world as well…
-
@elrood ok… I didn’t know if you saw since the thread switched to halloween . take your time… I haven’t figured out what to do anyway. You guys definitely have the upper hand here…
-
@captainwalker not sure if you are buttering us up to keep us off guard or if it is a genuine statement… ;-)
But regardless if you mean it or if you feel it necessary to say it to help your strategy… i take it.Thanks :eye: :blush:

@captainwalker hisaichi-15.tsvg 'ere we go!
-
@witt that’s great!
-
@captainwalker Playing as Japan feels hard currently (“that’s what she said!”)
I am happy that Europe Axis could punish your apparent KJF strategy a bit. We will see if it es enough… With all these many units it feels that a small mistake can lead to utter disaster for us.
-
@elrood Japan is doing ok. They just have to hold on until those 60+ German tanks on the plains of Russia get moving. And it’s going to be very difficult for us to contain them.

@captainwalker they are not moving. They ran out of fuel. It is late December of 44.
