    Learned something new. The damage inflicted on the major IC in Germany of 4 meant I could buy 4 less units for Germany. So now Hitler is furious. I had thought that a major IC could produce 10 units as long as the number of hits was less than 10. With this new knowledge and with your permission, I reduced the number of infantry purchased and placed from 7 to 6, applied the 3 ipcs to repair the major IC so that I could place 9 units there (3 arty and 6 infantry). I then moved the one infantry from W. Germany NCM to Germany. I changed the damage to Germany’s IC from -4 to -1 while I had history on. I just noticed that with history off, the IC in Germnay is not showing any damage. If you would, please add 1 hit to the IC in Germany.

    Yes, I accept your repair edit and will edit the damage back to 1. I thought that you would want to build the max in Germany, so was surprised by your prior comment. Now I understand. I am surprised that you switched to slow troops rather than mobile. Apparently my decision to divide the Russian army and stand my ground in Bel has caused a temporary halt to the German advance thru E. Poland. Now I get to be the few Allied bombers that tie up so many German fighters Recently read that 70%? of German fighters were eventually tied up with interdiction rather than being used on the Eastern Front.

    Didn’t see any reason for Japan to move a tt from Phil, with NB and protection, to Hainan with no protection or NB. Thought it might be bait for my bomber, so I took the bait. Chinese were getting restless holding in shensi, so they moved to protect the bomber. Altho Shensi is a great central location to guard inland China. UK finally did something to cut some Italian N.O.s and stop convoy damage in E. Med. Italy still has a big fleet, air force and income, so the Allies aren’t in position to wrest the Med away, but its a start. U.S. neglected to send a sub to Iceland last turn, so Germany only has 1 convoy route contested this turn.
