    No, usually I attack on J3, but since the early attack on Russia put my Japanese transports out of position, there wasn’t as much to gain, plus I still got the 10 IPCs for not being at war. Also, I needed to delay the USA entry threatening Europe for a full turn, since Gibralter is temporarily in Axis hands.
