I just wonder how this game would have gone had you kept your US fleet with the ANZAC fleet, and prevented the ANZAC crush? Wasn’t long after that that I took Moscow. So maybe I would have gotten Moscow anyway. Or maybe USA had to take its focus off Europe? I would guess the former, but Germany was seeming pretty weak. Perhaps I still would have taken Calcutta on the same highly delayed schedule.
Either way, the ANZAC crush consumed USA in the Pacific for a few turns and I didn’t have to fight around Indonesia at all.
Anyway, great game. I think with Germany busting through NW Persia, the Allies days are numbered.
