Well, it’s just for imagination fun, it’s not meant to be taken really seriously. Sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
Did Germany have a time-travel port in development?

According to this game producer they did. Looks like a WWII Axis & Allies knock-off.

I wouldn’t even say that it rises to the level of a knock-off. The only parallel is that both games use some infantry sculpts – and even then, the ones in this game look much larger. There are no equipment sculpts. Only one part of the board shows any geographic areas, and I can’t tell if those territories are meant to be occupied separately (I suspect they aren’t). The outer perimeter of the game board looks vaguely like the one used in Monopoly, while the inner area is divided the way the fictional land of Oz is: four trapezoidal areas representing four different time periods (in the book they represent Munchkin Country, Winkie Country, Gillikin Country and Quadling Country), with a central area occupied by a time portal (in the book, it’s the Emerald City). This game might be enjoyable in its own right, but it’s nowhere close to being an A&A-style game.

Definitely not for me. I’d almost give them a buck though just because I sympathize with their desire to make a cool game. Im working on a game of my own and just gathering the courage to do it is a feat in and of itself.
