How much would you donate to this site for improvements?

My thanks to all those involved in sorting out these issues. Very much appreciated I am sure by everyone. :-)

I just did some reading about Dogecoin (dohj-coyn) and how it is very will suited for giving tips (as in tip jar). So I was wondering, are there enough or any of you that use any of these virtual currencies?

Okay, I think some of these issues are database related and because I didn’t write the crappy forums software, there’s not much I can do about it.

There are a lot of posts in the system so the search query takes a very long time. If you do the same search after you see the 404, the result should come up quickly because the query eventually finished (after the browser timed-out) and was cached.

Try using Google:
“site:www.axisandallies.org Anniversary strategy japan”

The “Mark as Read” button to clear an entire topic thread is not currently working.

…updating the ‘Play’ section so you can actually use it. It’s been down for way too long and needs to be made a top priority. Put new strategy and house rule postings on hold until it is determined whether or not this section can be made functional (I figure that it can be since many other sites have it). If for whatever reason the section can’t be made functional then the section should be deleted and never spoken of again.

I think it would be incredible for this site if they could get the ‘Play’ section working and keep a record of rankings or wins/loses. Then registered players who also post on the site could have 3 things in their description- name, # of posts, and play ranking. This would give a more accurate description of the poster’s playing ability and experience than just having the # of posts.
