I’m using Adobe Photoshop CS6. The textures that I made for the neutrals are partially “from scratch” and partially “stitched together” (and color corrected) from other areas of the map.

Grasshopper’s National Objective Card Deck
After downloading the file, take it to your local print shop and print all three art boards on card stock. Any print shop worth a dam will have the required size in card stock. The cards are not aligned, so the only way to cut them out is by hand. They are sized to fit 2.6" X 3.8" ID badge lamination pouches (although I have not yet laminated mine, so I’m not sure how well they fit).
The third art board is all house rule cards, so if you’re not interested in using my house rules you only need print the first 2 art boards. House rule national objective cards are identified with an asterisk in the bottom right corner, and the London card was put on art board 2 due to limited space, but it has the identifiable asterisk.
If you’re interested in using my house rule cards, you can find out more by clicking the following link…

Those are really cool. I was actually thinking of making a set myself but these are perfect. Any reason why you did not have them them printed by Artscow?

Hey Cyanight,
It’s a lot of work separating each card into it’s own file which is what I would need to do for artscow, and lots of people were waiting for them. Also, artscow has a maximum 54 cards per deck and I wanted to offer all the cards from my video.
Cheers.

I see, that makes sense. I might separate the images for you. Thanks again for creating them :)
-
Wow YG, these are so sweet! thanks for making these.

I grouped them all in illustrator before saving it as a PDF, so I’m not sure if you’ll be able to edit it.

YG, very nice job. I downloaded them this morning and had Staples print them out for me. I have my own cutting board so now I’m all set. Thank you sir.

:-)Awesome SEP!, are you planning on laminating them or is the card stock thick enough?

YG,
I know this is basically a whole different subject, but did you ever finish/revise/conclude your G40 Delta cards?
I really liked the concept and wanted to tool around with it a bit myself. Your choice of artwork for the cards was something I found especially appealing. Any chance you can tell me where you found most of those illustrations? Or did you just search google for images?
Thx.
-
These look Great YG! Keep up the good work.
Perhaps we could host these files on www.iwillnevergrowup.com for you as well? Spread the word a little more?

Just searched on google images, however, depending on your choice of search words… you could get a whole different set of the same type of images. For example: if you search WW2 art, you will get some nice illustrations, and if you search WW2 artwork, you will get some different ones. I had a lot of fun creating Delta Deck, but it was a lot of work too, unfortunately our play tests didn’t workout well at all, but KNP had some nice ideas on how to use it and I would like to explore it again in the future, no immediate plans though.

Absolutely, lets do it… I love your site.

In case this is of any interest, LHoffman: when YG was working on his Delta / NO deck, I posted a number of pictures here in case any of them turned out to be useful for the project. I don’t recall if any of them were used, and I can’t find the thread where they were posted – so what I’ve done below is posted a collection of thumbnail versions of those pictures. If a few of them are pictures you’d like to use yourself, let me know which ones and I’ll post their full-size version.

Okay, thank you. I did some preliminary searches yesterday and discovered that to be the case (about using certain words). I will see what I can find.
As I said somewhere, the Delta Cards reminded me very much of the National Advantages from Revised. I always liked playing with them, since they added another flavor to the game. Never did a lot of study to determine if they could legitimately throw a game one way or another, I just thought they were fun.

Actually, that would be great Marc, thank you.
Took a look at them and if you could post the following, I would appreciate it:
Churchill Tanks Production Line
Tankograd
Kamikaze
Shipyard
Ruby Loftus Breech Ring
Around the Clock BombingAt this point, I am just trying to gather images that I like in the vein of what YG did. Thanks again.

Around the Clock BombingOkay – I’ll post them one or two at a time (which is the posting limit) in separate messages. Â The new forum server has been causing me picture-posting problems, so I may need to take a few cracks at it before the pictures all get properly attached.
Edit: Done. The posting trick that seems to work is to post the message first, then go back and modify it to add the picture attachment. For some reason, posting the message and the picture simultaneously causes the system to get hung up for a couple of minutes and to generate an error message. Strange.
