    Sorry, I was so focused on removing Japanese pieces from the board, I forgot to apologize. :)

    Was it that lucky? I will have to look at statistics.  I know it was 94% to win, and I didn’t care what I won with as long as you were sunk.

    Also - it would have been a better choice to target destroyers wit kamikazes, instead of carries.  Less attack dice that way - whilst still the same amount of hits.

    Wittman, you can be proud that you fought until the bitter end.  I plan to Take Japan next US Turn, and eliminate all remaining Japanese forces on the board as well.

    With regards the naval battle, I thought my chances of winning were higher than that. I think  the first two rounds we each had an average roll, but on R1 I was down 3 hits and on R2 you were up 6. I needed you to be quite unlucky, to have a chance of surviving. I was wrong to be confident, therefore.
