    Not much hope of a recovery at this point, but I’ll continue playing a bit longer.

    I actually like the “japan retreat to z6”, but I wouldn’t repeat the attack on the US unless Germany was going for Sea Lion.

    Still not sure if a Hawaii > Aussie attack has any merit.

  • I was more worried about the Hawaii-Aus attack…I didn’t anticipate an attack on WUS.
    If Japan would have moved on Aus right after taking Pearl they would have had a good chance of taking it since it was early in the game and Aus was extremely weak. If you combine that attack with a defensive strategy in China then I think that would give Japan a good chance at winning the game.
