1942 Second Edition Preview 4: Rules Changes by Variable

Every since Greg Smorey took the time to scan and post the rulebook, most of us have seen the changes in rules. But Variable did do a nice writeup summing it all together in one place. Also, believe it or not, there are people who only read the articles and not the forums.

Any official word yet on whether Honalulu is a VC or not? Book says no, map says yes. I have heard 2 different stories now about which to trust.

Ditto!  I’m hoping there is at least an official word on this before the game arrives, preferably a FAQ. :)
