@redrum from past experiences with you I deduce you are fine either way. I think I would be able to tear Witt’s Russia apart within a few turns, so it offers little challenge, hence I would try to go for Japan. Feeling not as secure there, but would offer a good challenge against the US navy! (Witt has salt water in his veins and is better on sea than on land!) :-)
