ah dang, unfortunately that really does affect my move quite a bit, as I likely would not have left my gib fortification with those 3 extra inf (which brings the odds down from like 96% to about 64%). I believe you when you say you just forgot, as that does look like a simple forgetting, but a whole round has passed and BOTH europe powers have already made moves that would be greatly impacted by that change
