Quickly skipping turns

I’m trying to simulate and project the future for some battleground areas in Global 40 like Japan vs UK Pacific (India capital), or Germany vs Russia. Is there a faster way to skip the other player turns?
Currently I’m having to click on the “done” button which jumps position on my screen a lot, and then I can sometimes use the faster method of just hitting “enter” on the “Are you sure you don’t want to do anything” prompt.

Yes. Just assign the “Does Nothing (AI)” to the players/nations that you want to skip.
