Wouldn’t be enough. The Japanese could easily take all three of those islands on Japan 2, which means that the allies will only collect the money for one Turn. $11 in the pockets of UK Pacific is virtually useless in comparison to a $50-$60 Bid.
Global 40 Objective for Normandy

If the Allies get income for Normandy, the Axis should get something for Malta or occupation of Crete? or extra for Romania ( ploesti oil fields)

yea not proposing dough for Normandy but France (the territory) for both USA and Germany so USA has incentive to liberate France even though they can’t then use the Normandy factory

I have a simple computer so I loaded the small version and have no option for house rules redesign, but technically I can just edit the loss of ipc and add the tank and fighter at the beginning.
