@majikforce Well that was nerve racking! I kinda got screwed over losing all my air force and finishing with less than half of what I should have but I’ll take it. Wish I had purchase differently though.
Well, that was an epic battle. This will take a lot of thought for my next USA-China-UK turn. Not sure how soon I can get to it, but probably by Monday.
I posted prior to my combat move. I tried to move my American Tac Bomber from India to SZ 42, and Triple A will not allow a move of any kind for that unit. Can you understand why? The Tac Bomber in Persia also only has a movement of 3. I haven’t seen any other errors yet, but even when I tried to edit it over to SZ 42, it would not allow it.
@OwenToo I won’t be able to look at it until tonight. Not sure why you are getting movement errors. I expected my BB’s to get attacked. (Wishing I had kept fighters instead!) In the meantime maybe you can ask Simon, he’s pretty good with stuff like that.
@simon33 Owen I was able to reload the Japan turn I posted and then first thing is to go to edit mode and remove the Tacs and replace them. Close Edit mode and continue on with the turn as normal and the Tacs should have the proper movement. I tried it out twice and it worked for me.
This is the first league community shared hot-seat game, where anyone can pop in and play a turn after requesting a turn.
There will be no coordination of moves among allies.
There is a combination of added and subtracted pieces at game start totaling 95 IPC’s because no coordination is a big handicap for the allies. Also, it does not matter much whether the starting set up is perfectly fair.
The main point of this (very different) community game is fun. The main idea is to give players the fun of jumping into a game they have not been playing, and make a move with the scenario given.
Scramble, casualty choices can be made by the preceding player or the subsequent player, whichever.
Use the game notes feature (View -> Show Comment log) liberally. Things like Japan or Russia breaking the pact. I guess we can see who is at war with the politics panel, but making a game note could be good, too.

Again, I will influence the action some, probably, like if a player really wants to play his power the next turn too - might be granted.
