Yea warship is defined as any ship except transport and sub I believe, so I didnt get the NO in turn 5, but changing the destroyer to a sub makes me get the NO… If you want you can change em back and take the 2 PU’s away.

One of the scriptors of BM3 told me it’s because Japan and Russia aren’t at war. If Japan declares war, than Russia collects more in the other Lend Lease areas. But if Russia declares war on Japan, than Japan block it with a surface war ship or sub (which is still a war ship).
Russia did collect the turn that Japan had a destroyer there.

One of the scriptors of BM3 told me it’s because Japan and Russia aren’t at war. If Japan declares war, than Russia collects more in the other Lend Lease areas. But if Russia declares war on Japan, than Japan block it with a surface war ship or sub (which is still a war ship).
Russia did collect the turn that Japan had a destroyer there.
