I noticed that strategic bombers and superfortresses only hit on the first combat round. Do they leave the battle after the first combat round or do they remain in the fight?

They remain in battle and can be taken as a casualty.

72"X33" and anywhere between $100 and $200 at a print shop.

look at Websites that print vinyl banners. You can get them as low as $50. I printed my map using cheapbanners.com
