    Take heart! I’m not seeing it on my end. I’m still down by 60ish production, and don’t see too many more easy gains outside of Malaya. Overall I’m not worried, but don’t see a clear path to victory, either.

    My strategy was to just get as much money as possible to build a huge economy. GERMANY looks good, but your UK fleet is 15 hits to my 10, so I’m way behind. While my money is good, so is Russia’s, and I haven’t pushed into Russia territory, either. I also have Norway to defend, which becomes more difficult if you stay ahead of my navy. Taking Belgium on your part was a GREAT move, because I have no way to counter it. I’ll eventually take it back, but that was a huge distraction that has kept my tanks from rolling East for several turns.

    ITALY has the strategic factories, but not much else. The low income of 65 is worrying. I don’t see how I can push into French territory just yet. The one good note is I don’t see US support arriving for the foreseeable future.

    HISAICHI is really boxed in and hasn’t advanced much. I actually retreated this turn, knowing I’m going to lose a lot next round.

    CHINA is going really well for you, which will soon cause me to shift money from YAMAMOTO to China.

    YAMAMOTO is my one shining star. I have a bigger fleet than the US, but it’s not in a position to threaten much. I could try for Australia, but they’re always difficult to knock out with their capital so far back. The Allied counter would be for Australia to buy defensively, guys and bunkers for factories, while the US switches to more mobile purchases to take the fight to me, like super subs from Hawaii and super bombers/bombers from WUSA.

    Also, the Alaskan factory will become a huge issue for Japan, as it’s an immediate threat. Keep building up that navy and I’ll have to split my forces. You could also take some of the islands north of Japan, as I don’t have enough transport capable units to take them back.

    So far you have more in TUV by 400 some, and you’re still making more money than me / round. This one is far from over. Keys for you are staying ahead of my German fleet, keeping Italy in check, and protecting Australia. You might consider throwing more expensive units at Hisaichi via Russia. Germany hasn’t advanced very far, and Korea can’t counter that kind of money and will likely require luck and assistance from allies. My future gains in Malaya and France will be offset by loses around Korea soon.

    I would still say 50/50 here. I’m thinking naval dumps by the UK and US will keep you in the game. The US has more money than Yamamoto, but Yamamoto will soon be distracted by the growing Chinese Russian threat. Will that be enough to offset the possible growing Italian threat which is the only other thing to drain US money?  Exciting!
