    Correct on the scramble decision.  But there is a problem with your transports in sz 95.  The 3 trn that were in sz 95 are not able to pick up any units from sicily or sardinia.  Since sz 95 was hostile to start the turn they would not be able to load units if you fight in sz 95.  They can move out of sz 95 to pick up units but since it is during the combat move they would have to unload for an amphib assault.  You can’t move them out of sz 95 after the battle and load/unload since they participated in combat.  So they either stay in sz 95 empty or they move out during the combat move phase and stay empty.  I will let you rearrange your units before I go with Italy.  Kind of a crazy loop hole rule but I did check it with Gamerman.


  • Correct, it is a stupid loophole.

    I played it through twice in local mode.

    What i did is, i sent my TT’s out in CM one space to sz96 and back in on NCM to load 'em plus an additional TT from sz91.
    On my NCM the sz was not hostile anymore.
    Please check the history therefore.
    You See, i obeyed the rule.

    So there is still an issue with the US turn.  You took an Inf from Morocco to take Northern Italy, which would have been transported with the trn in sz 91.  Then you moved  the trn from sz 91 to sz 95 with the other inf from Morocco.  This is illegal because you would of had to load both inf during the combat phase and both would have to unload for the amphib assault.  So basically what Im saying is if you choose to take N italy with units from morocco the trn cannot end in sz 95 with units on board.  Hope that makes sense.  Sorry for being a stickler but the rules are the rules.  You can edit it yourself or let me know what you would like to do and I can do it before i go with italy.

    After a second review, especially about TT’s, i agree with you now a 100%.
    Sorry.

    In this case please edit the 1x Inf out of the TT and add it back to Marocco if you wish to continue immediatley.
    Or you wait till tonight were i will do normally my goes.

    Allways learning.
    And i have to admit i played it a few times the wrong way.
    I will put this on my reminding list i started to post to every new game.
