Ah. I hadn’t understood that subtlety. It’s a bit like assuming that, as an attacker, I’m going to win - so, retreat isn’t an option. Thanks a lot for your help.
China Fighter
-
Can the China Fighter attack outside of China on its own. ie Burma? or a nearby sea zone.
I realize that the the China INF can not leave. -
the china fighter can only go where chinese infantry can go. same rules apply.
-
You’re on a roll, Johnny! :-D
-
johnnymarr= Krieghund Jr.
-
The reason I brought this up is because the rules state that Chinese units have a limited range of occupation, but…
An attacking fighter by itself can not occupy…only attack
ie a lone Jap TR in sz 61.
The Chinese fig would still land back in China -
Yes, it’s not clearly stated in the rules, but it will be in the FAQ. The fighter can’t leave China, even temporarily.
-
i’m bored and i only know because krieg answered it previously
-
Japan plays before USA anyway. You think Japan is gonna leave a transport unprotected?
-
Or the fig alive after J1? :-P
-
no way
-
Japan could leave the TR unprotected for a turn since the China Fig can not attack it and no one else can either.
