I finally was able to access that site to look at other websites…

This place is worth a couple hundred bucks more than my corporate website.

It is 1/10th the value of The Witches Voice

And it is about 2%-4% of some of the talk show host sites I checked.

BUT… our value pales when compared to a few porn sites I checked.  $2.3 million, $9.6 million… 
I think the musical Avenue Q may have had it right… The Internet is for Porn!
(especially if you consider IRS.gov is worth only $3.66 million)

That number is dumb. If I sold this site for that amount, the buyer would get that back in 2 years with 0% growth in ad revenue. If I had to sell the site, I’d want at least 5X yearly revenue. But for that kind of money, the fun factor is much more valuable.

Yeah, I always was taught that 5 years was the rule of thumb.

Like all things it is only worth what you can get somebody to give you for it.

My comic book collection is ‘worth’ a lot but good luck getting the equivalent currency for it. My run of the Question isn’t ‘worth’ anything good luck buying it from me for that much currency.  :-)

I just hit the link and this site has “lost” $2000 of it’s value. LT I’d say your trivial comment is more than apt. I have to go outside now to see if the sky is falling.
