@Panzerstahl-Helm You bought 3 Commandos for 3 bucks and placed in India. Then you placed 2 Arty and 4 Inf there at end turn. That puts you over the 20 PU max by 3 bucks.
So you’ll need to move a Inf out of India and place elsewhere. Just a reminder on those guys, They only get bonus when with Arty. Have to switch to Commando A1 when there not paired up.
Kind of a pita but that’s the only way I could get them to work in triplea :)

changed them to Changer control.I changed your Conscripts to Inf. They behave the same, just gives more space. You can only place 20 Max in moscow though. So you’ll need to move 2 of them to one of your other Fctrys and the Vologda only can have 1 since it moved a spot.
You can place up to 6 at the Minors as long as they didn’t move. Doesn’t matter if there damaged or not either. Still can max place them.Deactivated Commisar in Norway so he won’t give bonus and changed the Commandos in Burma so they won’t receive bonus either.

Red Army Conscription Infantry can be placed at any original Soviet factory with a few exceptions:
Exception 1:
The Moscow factory can spawn a maximum of 20 Red Army Conscription Infantry unitsException 2:
The Volgograd factory can spawn a maximum of 6 Red Army Conscription Infantry unitsAll other Soviet factories can spawn a maximum of 3 Red Army Conscription Infantry - unless that factory is upgraded to Heavy Industry 1 Unit.

And Conscripts can max place regardless of any Fctry Damage ?

The Red Army Conscription Infantry units are treated as all other regular Infantry units.
So they also count towards the production capacity of a factory.
The only exception is the Special Placement Option that concerns the Moscow and Stalingrad factories.

Right on Unless it’s stalingrad and moscow, the rest of the Fctrys treat them the same as any other placement.
