This is depressing in that I can now move in to SZ6 but will need to use blockers. Urgh! Still struggling to get a decent landing. I would assume no scramble but you could use Kamis here. If you do and they hit, will the sub submerge?

@simon33 yeah those german planes is really a saviour for Japan in these situations. You were buying to much into offensive boats (subs). My experience is that defense is the best offense with US.
Don’t see any point in sinking that destroyer so no Kamis.
