I think the easiest solution would be: Edit out the two German subs who have already missed and edit in an extra German CV. This would compensate for the loss of two hits on the subs and add no firepower. Then scramble the three Allied fighters and re-start the battle.

Still don’t think a scramble was the right choice, but with the result it definitely was a good one. All is well on the western front. :)
The rules clearly allow Germany to place the 3 newly built CVs and 3 fighters in SZ 115. It is not clear that the new revised plane landing rule (However, it is not legal to make a combat move that is only possible because of a newly built carrier) allows the 3 fighters from Yugo, the 2 fighters from SZ 115, and the fighter and tac from W. Ger to land on these carriers.
I think it iis, since they could’ve landed in Holland and/or Normandie (what I remember those were german at the start of the turn).

The combat move was made possible because the air could land in either Normandie or Holland and not because of the carriers. Then during NCM they’re allowed to land on the newly built carriers. Do you agree?
