So in a case where it’s trprt vs trprt, you wouldn’t be able to attack though ? because the trprt is a surface ship ?

To clarify if a solo trprt is the only ship in a SZ, and a solo trprt amphib attacks, it could only do it Rds 1-3 before trprts D1 ? Also could only defend against scramble if no surface ships that have a defense value are present, unless other ships attack with it ?

That scenario would most likely never happen anyway, since a Transport cannot block enemy movement (OOB rules).
So in your example, the “attacking” Transport would simply ignore the “defending” Transport - and move into or through that sea zone - either during Combat Movement or Non-Combat Movement.
@the-captain oh just missed ya on my edit. I mean if a trprt that can D1 is in the SZ the attacking trprt wants to attack would the D1 of the defending trprt prevent that from happening ?

Only Soviet units “eliminate” Partisans.
Partrisans should be used only in territories that are out of reach of regular Soviet combat units, in order to avoid them from being lost to “friendly fire”.
@the-captain I know I’ve asked this before or probably have but … right now DNG won’t give it’s bonus unless JPN conquers it first. Is this correct ? ANZAC doesn’t get the 2 bucks if it takes over from the Dutch ?

No mention of the others but it does say “Carrier Based Fighter” above that, so my guess is yes. Just checking before adding them.

So Germany can only have 2 max, so i guess that’s a no for them, But the Brits can have 4. So yes for them ?
You’re right - Carrier Based Fighter units come the Total War rule.
Exception:
Since only 2 German Me109T Carrier Based Fighter units can be produced, they are not eligible for the Total War rule.
@the-captain right arm :muscle: I’ll add the Brits then. Just finished fixing DNG . Gonna do some clarification in notes and notifications. Alter some unit images so they are less confusing when editing.
Total War was a bit off but got it sorted. : )
