  • @robson finally had a chance to take a look at the game. Wow! Japan really has it much harder in this version than in standard. Being able to combine incomes makes UKP a beast! Going to have to take a longer look at the options. Sorry for the delay.


  • @kilroynothere the last couple I also play tested some ideas for Japan but so far without real progress. Seems like they can only try to prevent the allies from getting a Victory point on the pacific side rather then chasing their own one.

  • @Robson So I went for the big attack on the Allied stack. Basically battle went per odds (I think I saved 1 more plan than average). No idea if that was such a good idea because the Japanese air arm is drastically limited, but I really did not feel you gave me any other choice. All those mechs plus what you had (and those damn Russians), put Japan in a horrible position… oh yeah, and still had the US to contend with. We shall see.

    I also had to edit one ftr. The game took one with 3 moves left and kept a ftr with only 1 move left. Wish I knew the logic of how it took down planes first to last and I’d move them appropriately.
