Punchline: TripleA is the most efficient online platform on which to play Axis and Allies. This allows players to play more games with the added benefit of playing a variety of opponents. More games against different opponents means a far more diverse range of experience which makes the AnA player more lethal in all his future games…including those played face to face.

Punchline:

Precedents: Most war strategy games (even those more complex than AnA) operate under simpler dice probabilities or have calculators built in (analogized as a ‘general’s staff’) The probability of success/failure in a battle exists whether you chose to know it or not. Not using a calculator is to chose to be ignorant (granted, for the ‘fun’ of the game). Calculators make you a much better player much faster (reasons given in the video).

2 big things that work to Allies favor:
-After round 1 Ivan and the Yankees get to move back to back and coordinate
-If Russia is dug in defensively, UK fighters can defend a Russian western front when Germany is up and move to an eastern front for defense against Japan.
