Actually I was intrigued to ship in 2 more ac with air, just to prove a point, but it’s easily defendable against it. Although USN is running out of blockers.

Like you said, Japan has failed to keep US at bay in the Pac and has been slapped around. I’m happy though that J isn’t over-run. They’re still in the game, struggling. And actually much better off than G for the moment.
