yah they don’t, Chinese are immune to convoys. they’re just vulnerable to bio-weapons apparently

Did an attack on Manchuria, risking air. First thought I’d take the Carolines and put the fleet there. Wouldn’t work. Then I imagined Philly. Would work, but shaky. Then I saw a nice spot by Kwangtung. Unfortunately after battles, but I’m imagining it’s just like a walk-on, so I rolled manually for 8 fig, 1 tac.
