Just to avoid confusion: In the 1941 game edition (entry level game edition) Offshore Bombardment is NOT part of the ruleset.
Amphibious assault

1.Does it cost a move to do an amphibious assault if you’re already in that sea zone that is neutral. For example I’m want to attack Australia and my allied ships are already in the sea zone that has Australia
2. Can infantry attack battleship -

Welcome to the site. No move needed if you’re already in the same zone. The Infantry fire their rifles but sadly they are ineffective against Battleships. Or are you just funning with people : )
well you still gotta load your dudes up or if already loaded attack and you can’t load if the enemy is in the same zone but what game are you playing ?

Also one more question what is the point of factories in the axis and allies 1941 -
Factories are where you place your dudes that you bought. If the enemy captures them the enemy can’t place any dudes there until their next turn. If they still control it obviously.
