Hmm, ok. But a slightly bigger fleet would only have delayed the USN gaining supremacy while eroding my army’s efforts. Perhaps I should focus more on the navy, not sure about that.

i guess we will see and while I shouldnt offer advice in the middle of a game (particularly when I dont know how it will turn out) but investing in the navy would have delayed japans collapse (which I think is imminent) which means US has to continue to spend money in pacific instead of switching to europe. No naval investment has let me start spending in europe.

Well, -13 score taking Germany. Doesn’t seem that costly although the counter attacks will be. This is normally fatal but the strength of the Euro Axis is insane.
