What @barnee says. You need to edit the respective part of the xml file to be found in the “game”-directoy of the map installation.

Things were fine with the previous website. Playing triplea, I could post to the forum. Now I can’t post combat moves or my turn summary. I can only upload a file? Anyone else experience this problem?

Won’t even let me roll dice. Says I have an invalid email address. It is the same one I’ve always used.

My tripleA version was not out dated. Java was outdated. Still I’m not recognized and the error message says my user name does not exist.
Really nothing but connection issues for me with this new .org website. It wasn’t that long ago I was playing league games…maybe 6-8 months ago.

@Ichabod A lot has changed since then, now we need to find out what your specific issue is.
Now please do this:
-Exit TripleA (shut down)
-Start TripleA
-Start a new Local Game (any will do)
-When the game has started find the Menu Debug and then click Show Console
-When the Console has opened, click the button Properties
-Then click Copy to Clipboard
-Paste in this threadThen please post the complete error messages that occur when rolling dice and attempting to post turns.
Also please upload a screenshot of your PBF-settings, the following part (the complete form, as you have filled it out/set it up):

@Ichabod So I can identify two different issues. First of all, your PBF username is not your email-address that you have entered but simply “Ichabod”. Enter Ichabod as Login and the forum password into the settings.
Second your TripleA still uses an outdated Java to be found in
c\program files\i4j_jres\1.8.0_66That is an incompatible Java version that TripleA came with years ago that is still used despite you might have installed the latest Java, too.
So you need to manually delete this i4j_jres folder including its subfolders.So once you have deleted this, you should try again, using the forum username and forum password.
In case it still does not work, please reinstall the latest Java 8 to be sure TripleA uses this new version.After all these actions you should be fine using the dice server and posting your turns with TripleA 1.9.0.0.13066 on the new forum.
