@JapanDOWRound1Fan yeah, Japs are in good shape now, it almost compensates them for the fallen plane in Yu turn 1. 1 defense in each would not change the territory owner that would make the real difference, but it helps now that the Japs still don’t have factories on land.

Frankly, the update is a 5 min thing. Google for triplea download and install the latest version. Old version will be uninstalled automatically.
I recommend to do it. The spectators will appreciate being able to see the moves without downloading the map:-)
