  • Remember I don’t have in game where you can buy air or naval bases. You can only use whats on the map. Air bases give you + 1 move. Naval bases only give you a +1 move when you go from one naval base to another naval base in non combat. Other wise you only get a 2 move from them in combat.
    This forces you to plan your attack moves a turn ahead for naval.

  • Just for the Dutch Island Values and I made the UK pacific FEC Anzac. And drew a Line on map so West Germany is not connected to the same sea zone as London I believe. It was a map flaw that was pointed out.

    Chessex dice. I bought 2 bags of 50 d12 per bag with different colors.


  • Dang, maybe I missed it but Chessex don’t sell d12 right now. I bought 1 bag of 50 d12’s at gaming Store and the other at Amazon I believe. HBG sells them .55 a piece but I believe its either 6 or 8 colors.

    Besides D6, the highest bulk package was 10 D10, at the last gaming shop visited.

    Amazon did have 25 packs of d12. Some transparent. I thought it said 13.50 with free shipping. Check on site. I think the 50 pack is obsolete now.

  • Go to E-bay. I found a set of 50 for 10.00 free shipping outside of US. They do have Chessex 50 pkg. dice there to like one I found was 23.00 plus 6.00 shipping. Probably more like 12.00 shipping for you but close to other sites that are selling 50 pkgs at 35.00.

    I’ll probably buy another 50pk. Do need more for 2nd Table. I believe the item number on bag is Chessex 29412. This is the 2 bags I bought. Some dice I don’t use is because there to dark with gold number colored. So I may go with that transparent set because I can see all the white number coloring on them.


  • Had second thoughts on Victory points conditions but after rechecking I�m good to go. If axis don�t get Calcutta they will need Stalingrad for sure and vice versa with 1 bonus point.
    Was just thinkin the Axis didn�t have enough ways to get 30 points if they didn�t get 2 of the 2 worth city�s.

    Adding the 2 point bonuses really help axis to win like in 5 ways instead of just the normal blast to Moscow.
    Got 7 guys for game this Saturday which will see how well the game goes finally with more than 2 to 4 test players. The game this Saturday is not a test game. The normal group is playing. Ill post a report Sunday.

  • The game Saturday ended turn 6 with the Axis admitting they couldn’t over come losing Paris and trying to get 8 more points for a 30 point victory.
    Germany made a major mistake with leaving 8 tanks on front line and I was able too takeout with Russia on Turn 2 before Rapitutia came up on turn 3 where all motorized ground can only move 1 space for both sides in Red Territories. I was able to use 7 tanks in my attack with fodder and planes.
    Italy for some reason never did any can opening for Germany. That was a major mistake also.
    Germany also didn’t build any planes. If you look at Atlantic side map you never see 8 -10 transports only being protected by 3 destroyers in a game for Allies.

    Anyway the game was a success with all the guys and I need to just make 1 adjustment by removing 1 bad Event Card for Germany.

    Tac bomber rule worked out great in game.
    Cruiser wise some were bought and it does benefit Anzac a lot due to cost.
    Probably was 5 cases where at least 1 transport could escape but not one did in game. Also all 5 cases it was only a sub attacking a lone transport or two. Better than risking a plane. Will raise escape roll to @3.
    The UK did buy 2 carriers and 1 Escort Carrier for Anzac being placed in South Africa and running towards Anzac.
    US had H Bombers with No AAA shots could hit them. This was nice in game also because US was able to bomb Berlin and Rome. One SBR resulted in a roll of 3 d10 die only rolling a 7 total. Ha Ha  30 chance damage but only 7 ! Epic.
    Germany did a sea lion attack on London with 3 transport planes, 4 Paratroopers, 1 fig and 2 bombers. London had only an AAA gun and 4 ground. London was able to hold off the attack and win !!!  Saving a 70 icp swing. That was FR awesome. Just amazing.
    Would of been nice to see if Axis could of still held off for a win if they got the 35 icps from UK.

    The guys also loved the 2 NA’s for each country they receive at start of game. The event cards they liked also with 1 player grumbling once he started getting a few bad cards in a row. Oh well part of game and cards affect game in a very small way just like weather, supplies, fuel, morale and leadership.

    Japan held there own and they also took out US fleet on turn 6 in the Pacific. Tacs worked great here also. Japan had 5 attacking Tacs and I believe they were able too hit 3 ships with no return shots. US got one no return shot also for 1 Tac on defense.
    That rule for Tacs is just an amazing rule for navy and Ground.
