i assume it has something to do with convoy disruptions, but the new rules on that are not exactly crystal clear to me. and the map seems to be auto-calculating these any way. what’s the story?

so did you need to roll for the 3 german subs on your last turn? the map auto-calcs the damage amount,… if you’re rolling dice, is it possible it could be 0??

Ignore the maps calculations, you could avoid any convoy damage if the dice roll correctly, but now you have to roll. Personally, I liked the old way where it was just automatic.
so how do you want to do it? england’s income from E1 was calc’ed by the map… at least i didn’t see any rolls for it. i don’t care how we play it… automatic is nice; rolling dice will take some careful analysis of the board at the end of each potentially impacted country’s turn. :-P
We can do auto, if you want.

Forgot the Naval Base on Hainan!
Could you put it on, wanted to tell ya before England too.
Fixed map - need England still
Also, the American fleet is not allowed in SZ 106.
While not at war with Germany or Italy, the United States may end the movement of its sea units on the Europe map only in sea zones that are adjacent to US territories, with one exception - US warships (not transports) may also conduct long-range patrols into sea zone 102.

I see botrider is not familiar with the older version of alpha 3.
the changes made were official as of feb. usa has no pacific naval restrictions other than do not end on enemy territories (which applies to every country not at war)/
