Would be good practice to date your filenames.
I just downloaded phase 2 map.
I haven’t checked with Illustrator yet but in acrobat reader the phase 2 map still looks like Western Canada has the wrong colour.
as well as technology and victory city chart cool wink
and a new 2-part battle board (dogfight and normal)

Im making a version that has the units “ghost” into the map so its easy to setup… something like the AH Bulge game
that would be lovely, easily to setup board
but do keep a a version with and a versio without the ghost
so now you have 2 x 2 = 4 maps
of course these are seperate files.
I am having problems locating the icons… the ones i got have a white backround which looks horrible. arrg.
we dont need a victory city chart do we?

its should be really simple (no need for fancy watermark)
a horizontal row of flags, a row of city names, a row of VC points
technology, neutral, victory city and battle board would be nice if all the same colour/style scheme
are the 3 battleboards ok then? I just fixed them. they are great now.

*neutral starting position data table -> “neutral is fully committed” changed to “Fully committed”, looks better, cos a bunch of “neutral” words in the middle +2 to -2

I meant to tell you about that, we discovered it durring a game last weekend.
I love it IL, the starting icons is a big help.Your a master map-maker and I will be enjoying these.

the key thing was to find the proper icons. I didnt want to have to make my own.

can you change to some very standard fonts thnx

(or maybe you have already…just the missing fonts not letting me see them)

can you put “income numbers” with the layer where VCs are
I can see them in photoshop and illustrator
but when I convert them to pdf or jpeg I can’t see any income numbers
when I open them in acrobat reader I also can’t see any income numbers

====You cant PDF a memory intensive Illustrator file w/o memory loss. You have to Jpeg it first before you PDF. I guess ill Jpeg the battleboards.

++++++ The map file used different fonts for numbers and text. In some cases the text is different (e.g. the name AARHE printed in the souther indian ocean is different).
