Ok this is weird. When I post my combat moves, I’m getting “unknown error, post a bug to the triplea development team.”
The only thing that happened was I did some map update in between my last successful post. Am I going to have to uninstall/reinstall triplea here?

Well pretty much as bad as it could have gotten, not surprising with my typical luck.
I screwed up the losses for z110 by taking the fighter first when I meant to kill the french cruiser, but didn’t matter on your hits since you rolled all 1s and 2s anyways. Adjust as you want but I figured you’d want to lose the french cruiser.
This is why I really wanted to bid lower. When the axis gets bad luck on turn 1, it’s pretty much game over whereas not the case for allies.
Use this map. In my distraught state, I forgot to move the denmark dude down.
Well, good luck on G1 can pretty much doom the allies, too. We’ll see what happens on J1…
You had about the best France I’ve ever seen, but I usually don’t kill more than one guy in Yugo :-)
Losing every single sub sucks and is rare…
And of course the 110 defense was quite stiff and I am happy about that, obviously
But yes, the combination you got is really great for UK. No subs to go get, and the battleship is a sitting duck, and miraculously no aircraft lost.
Of course, it would have been worse for you if you had a good enough first round in 110 to go a 2nd round and then got killed in the 2nd round
I agree, below average G1 dice, which is a relief to me after battling Wheat’s great dice all game including great G1…
Moscow’s probably doomed, so I’ve gotta make things happen elsewhere
I’d say a bit unfair that the TT in 106 survived. Otherwise the France attack would have been some compensation as 4-5 extra ground will certainly help the Germans to hold the pressure by the Allies in the west.
