Sweet ! Good Times !
#FMGCon2014 - September 6-7, Canada - Photos are up
-
The 4th Annual Field Marshal Gaming Convention (#FMGCon2014) has concluded and I have to say it was a GREAT Success.
Plenty of happy faces, TONS of games being played and new friends met. The bring and buy event was slow, but that was to be expected considering it was only announced 2-3 weeks prior to the event and we’ve never done it before. Expect more next year!
Photos are now up at the FMGCon.com website (check under Galleries on the menu). If you have any photos you would like to share, please send them to me at james.c@fmgcon.com and I will add them to the gallery!
Stay tuned to fmgcon.com for updates on the next event and we hope to see you next year!

SWEET CHERRY PIE!!!

Such a great event, looking forward to it again this year.
I already have the kitchen pass to go, now just to get work on board. And I should know that in a couple of months. -

Tanks
S.A.I do not believe this is a Tank weekend this year. The tanks are still on static display at the museum (inside and outside) and … who knows, maybe possibly even a ride or two available. ;)

Awesome poster… a worthy addition to the set for sure. You’re a genius Luke!

I wish I could come. It’s just too close to GenCon, Aug 14-17, for me to do both. I wish you all a great success with the event!

The fat ugly girl always does stuff that the hot blonde girl doesn’t.

FMG Con isn’t fat and ugly!
GenCon is just cheaper for me for a few reasons.
1. I can drive.
2. I’ve got a friend in Indy that I stay with. So, all in all GenCon is quite a bit cheaper for me.
That being said, I hope to come up some day to play with you guys.
-
I think he was insinuating that Gen Con is the fat, ugly girl.
I’d like to come to this too some day but would have to think out lodging, etc.
I live in Indy, so GenCon, Spring Gathering, Origins, and, now, the Battle of Tennessee work the best.
-
When you guys go to Michigan do you visit American Jewelry and Loan, yell at the employees, show off your fat ass, and then get kicked out of the store?
Like this scene?

And we are happy that you do. :-P
We are trying to keep the level of decency up high and the riff-raff factor low. Then again, you show up down in the city and all our (A&A.org members) problems may be solved. And I’m not talking about bankruptcy.

No no … GenCon is the hot chick that everyone wants to go to (evidence : massive attendance and huge coverage with big names there all the time). FMGCon is the one that has to take her cousin to the prom. But we’re working out and taking fashion advice from the models … so one day … one day … /wistful

Yes, that’s what I meant… your cousin will always put out for nothing, but the hot chick will make you spend a fortune just for a kiss on the cheek.
