@mikawagunichi What is the scramble limit for CVs in PTV? I thought any scramble had a max of 3 aircraft even if you had 10 (more than 3) CVs in an adjoining territory.
Now if you had 3 CVs on one side and 3 CVs on another SZ, both adjoining the attacked SZ, then you could scramble upto 6 (3 per zone). The game is letting me pull as many as I have CVs (i.e., if I had 10 --and 10 ftrs) I could scramble 10 ftrs.
@surfer It’s is max 1 per carrier and 3 per sea zone. You can double up from multiple SZs as you noted. The game engine will allow you to choose more but in practice the number above 3 won’t actually scramble.

The British dig in and fight much harder for India than West India
I assumed AA first, then took a mix of artillery and mech, so you should examine the casualties and swap out what you want. I just hit default once, and artillery another. There are a lot more units left than I wanted, but dice give, dice take away.
