The dice favored Germany throughout the entire game and the odds for a win are 70%. I’m not sure if that’s too low or if that’s actually OK. My first impression is that the game would now be slightly in the Allies’ favor.
@VictoryFirst The entire UK airforce (3 FTR/1 BOMB) exchanged for 1 BB/1 TT on turn 1. That was a 1% outcome and had it gone normally (1 bomber dies, the 3 fighters live) Moscow would be ~40%. Will post turns later to play the game out.

Beyond my complaining about the dice, I also feel that I made a number of overly risky moves throughout the game that did not pay off (I got the Soviet Bomber/Fighter killed as well by trying strafes that did not work out). I also don’t think I played very efficiently with the US/UK navies in terms of getting troops into Europe.
Basically, I think Allies are too strong with this setup. I had miserable luck and played badly and Germany still only had ~70-73% on Berlin. In a more equal game I think Allies should be winning most of the time. I think Germany should be allowed to get their Romanian Infantry or the Bay of Biscay Sub back. However, I do agree that Germany should not have their 12 IPC bid at game start. I said as much in the other thread we were all posting in yesterday.
Thank you for your comments, they were very valuable. I also start to think now the Romania thing has shifted the balance back into Allied favor. However I do strongly think that just the bay of biscay sub and 12 IPCs removed is NOT enough for game balance. I have had a couple of games were the dice were basically even and the odds for a German win were still 70%.
So thereby my suggestion is to remove 1-3 infantry from a territory that is NOT Romania, so for example Berlin. The Romanian infantry has a massive impact as it makes G1 attack on Ukraine impossible, therefore a lot of Russian units survive the first turn.
Would you like to test that idea out, instead one inf removed from Romania, one inf from Germany removed? Just to see how that play out. I greatly appreciate these games by the way, especially this one provided a lot of insights.
