All others
It doesn’t usually matter, but all amphibious assaults are supposed to be rolled before other battles, so your Philippines roll should have been before the land battles. Just saying for future reference - almost no one realizes this rule, including me - I had to have it pointed out to me as well.
I am impressed that you only do combat movement in the combat movement phase. If you start the habit of rolling the amphibious assaults before other combat you will be pretty much perfect!

Okay I will try to be perfect. Didnt know the rule. I think the rule is only an advantage for the attacker because he can retreat in amphibious attack and maybe retreat from next battles when he need ships for blocking because for example attacker cannot conquer Phillipines.
