I am pretty relaxed with edits as long as they aren’t due to dice rolls. Scrambles only ask if you aren’t sure. And I do not allow any edits of any sort or any reason after an opposing power has posted their turn. I hold myself to this standard as well.
That’s fine - I see it the same way as you. I also like to forget moves occasionally. A typical edit also happens when Triple removes the wrong fighters in a battle.
I do not like to assume scrambles and will most likely always ask you. I will also ask you for the OOL in case it is not obvious. Sometimes it is better to keep an AAA and to sacrifice an infantryman, for example.
