@erinmores I can do a small bid. The game still favours the axis, so I wouldn’t be comfortable with too much. 3-4 was probably pretty standard but we can discuss.
Also, I’ve been able to binge play this week, but I’ll need to slow down next week (although who knows with the corona virus.) If you are looking for more than a turn every day or two, you might want to see if others are looking for a game too.

I assume by no Mod, you mean playing the regular game. I can do that. Also, I’m sure you can still find people here who will play that, its just that BM mode is now more common so you will find more games if you are willing to play that as well. I’d be quite rusty though as its been a while and in any case, Axis have a definite edge. So I would also be looking for a bid probably in the 10 range but negotiable.
Also, the way we have been playing so far has been to set a bid but we can also actually bid on a side. That is, I say I will take allies at +14, you say 13, I say 12 and we go back and forth until someone decides to take the axis. (Apologies if I’m telling you the obvious. This was new to me when i started a couple of years ago so I thought it was worth clarifying).

@farmboy it is helpful. I’m good with you having 10 bid as Allies, no mod, in our next game. I took Russia’s turn - will give this existing game another round…but you have such a stack in Moscow and an iron grip on Gibraltar, I just don’t see how this ends well for the Allies. Last night, when I tried to do Russia, for some reason it was finicky and would not post. Maybe the site has Coronavirus. LOL.
