  • @Stucifer well, props to you for some crafty play. The bombing of Gibraltar is a pro move and allowed you to garrison Rome with a thin force.

    And I only saw your forking move against the vcs at the last minute.

    I will also say you were very brave for taking on this challenge. 120 bid is an uphill battle.

    Further I would recommend something weird: roll 100 dice in tripleA before you start the battle. I swear my first rolls are always misses. I just had a US turn where the enemy successively rolled 9 hits 17 dice and UK 8h/16 rolls. So I feel your pain.

    I would also say that I enjoy keeping the planes out of Moscow so an air raid 8v8 on German front line units is my cup of tea.

    I’m neither a great nor an enthusiastic axis player but we can restart and switch sides anytime.

    Oh I will say I probably bobbled that plus 75 ipc purchase. I should have upgraded a factory to take advantage of the big money. Still kicking the tires.

    I can’t remember for sure if I considered sending another mech to Caucasus or not.
    Certainly in hindsight it would have been a good move! 😅

    I think you’ve made keeping allies fighters out of Moscow fairly viable for another round or two, in my other OOB games it hasn’t been a factor because I find it very rare to satisfy the other 2 conditions.
