I am thinking this through now more properly. I think I could take Moscow and hold Stalingrad relatively easily; there is no way to stop me there.
In theory, that would be enough VCs in Europe for a win. But there is no way I can hold both Paris and Rome. Even if I somehow can defend Rome (very doubtful), either Paris or Western Germany (or both) will fall in that case.
With taking Moscow and whole Soviet Union, Germans would probably go do 115-120 IPCs, but it would be too late to get back to Europe and secure the continent again. It could be fun to try, but probably too long :)
So, I think it is time to surrender this one. Well played, nice pressure all over the map!
