moving the turn along
the two tanks was to good looking, to pass by - “sleep now in the fire”.
I remember my last pbm email (in 2020) - you did not have to setup configuration every time.
Oh actually I made a mistake when uploading the US turn. I noticed you forgot the save file but then I thought I could just use your game history to do my turn, but I forgot for a second you had to do the US turn, not me xD

Yeah, I was a little confused on what was that about. I mean I didn’t even post the US game history then (I didn’t even take it).
To be honest if you were able to go off of the game history and do my turn and send the file in case I forgot, I would’ve been okay with that.
I interpreted you sending the file as reminding me to send mine.
Lol sorry about that. I thought was being smart but I was actually stupid xD

Just a note on the British turn, I believe you are not allowed to move UK units from South Africa to attack Nigeria. Here is a screenshot from the rulebook:
Given that Nigeria was controlled by the Germans and didn’t have any UK troops in it, it is not possible to move out of a contested zone to this territory. However, if Nigeria were contested and contained UK units, it would have been possible.
Let me know what you would’ve done instead, and then I can edit that for you during the Ottoman turn.
I thought it was okay if it was using transports.
@Panther What’s the answer? Thank you!
I am sorry guys, I don’t comment on A&A1914 rules issues, as I have a strong focus on the WWII games.
I recommend that you open a topic in the 1914 game category what will raise Krieghund’s attention.
Alright then. Got an answer. Krieghund said you’re right (not those exact trems, of coruse). British units stay put in Nigeria, British units in South Africa engage in combat.
Should we carry over the dice results from Nigeria and reapply them here, or should we just roll new dice?
We could do that if the combat was exactly the same, but now you will have 1 artillery and 2 infantry attacking Nigeria, instead of 2 artillery and 3 infantry, so I think it’s best if we reroll.
Alright then.
Britain:
1 infantry and 1 artillery: [dice 2d6]
1 infantry: [dice 1d6]
Germany:
1 infantry: [dice 1d6]
2d6: 3, 1
1d6: 1
1d6: 2
All units hit. You may edit your file accordingly, then continue playing the Ottoman turn.
Wait, now I am confused. Is this the Nigeria battle or the South Africa battle? Did you choose to attack Nigeria?
Hmm, I believe from what you said and what happened that you chose to stay in Kamerun and attack South Africa, so I’ll edit that before the Ottoman turn. Correct me if I am mistaken.
Alright I believe everything is fixed now.
